I had a 102 degree fever over the weekend. Actually I can't recall experiencing anything other than increased milk production. </p> <p>But I also took Motherlove More Milk Plus with both kids and it was fabulous! As well. </p> <p>My only vote is to do what is right for you. Do what you need to to keep sane!
