I took 1 pill 3x a day, and it helped with my production. I'm not sure how it works if your production is already okay? It really works for me. In fact, it works so well, I requested it for my DD and my family doctor said no. I went to my OB and he gave it to me. What was the effect on your milk supply and how quickly did it happen? What dose did you take? </p> <p>I don't have supply issues but I was actually coincidentally prescribed domperidone for reflux and I am so curious to see how it will affect my bfing and pumping! Took my first dose tonight but so far my boobs haven't exploded. </p>
