I actually got one from my pediatrician. You'll have to get it filled at a compounding pharmacy if you get it locally. Mine cost around $130. I hear the on-line pharmacies are reliable as well, but I've never ordered from them.</p> <p>ETA: I notice you are four hours from home. Ask one of the neonatal docs. I tried inhousepharmacy.biz recommended by our LC at home, but it requires a prescription.</p> <p>LO is in the NICU. He's a month old and we've had rather a lot of adventures these past few weeks! My supply is very low but I'm pumping regularly and doing the best I can. I'm also four hours from home so I'm not sure how I would get a script! </p>
