She easily has 8" to cut off and could conceivably do 10". I'm becoming ok with the idea of a big chop but I would like it better if we could donate the hair (and LO seemed fine with the idea). </p> <p>Is anyone up to date on the best organizations? I've done Locks of Love myself in the past but I've seen people take issue with them online. </p>
