I just...god, I really have trouble even pitying the person in this situation (which is easier to do since no one was hurt) because this is just SO obviously dumb and endangering your children's lives. Why on earth would you be recording your kids in the backseat (and clearly paying attention to it, pretty steady view) WHILE DRIVING?!?!
