OMG they are the best cake donuts ever. Their sour cream donuts are my absolute favorites. </p> <p>Since I don't live near there anymore, I'll deal with a chocolate donut with chocolate glaze (and hope for sprinkles) from DD. </p> <p>OH! There's also a donut place in Ocean City, MD called The Fractured Prune. They used to have a franchise here but I don't think it did well, it closed. :( Anyways, their donuts were all plain cake but they come out HOT when you order them and they dip them into whatever toppings you want in front of you so you get a box of piping hot cake donuts.
