Since it won't be my everyday stroller and I don't expect to need it for a very long time, I'm hoping to find a budget-friendly stroller ($250 or less) that will do the job.</p> <p>Either side by side or tandem could work, but I NEED a single handlebar (no umbrella strollers) and wheels that can handle rough terrain (a Graco entry level model probably won't cut it).</p> <p>I'm looking at the Contours options Elite Tandem, or the Combi Fold n Go - but am nervous about the wheel quality. I'd consider a used higher end stroller from our local listserv (Cuty Select, UppaBaby Vista), but those go so quickly that I'm not sure im willing to devote the time to snagging one.</p> <p>Thanks for any advice! </p>
