I'm obsessed with our mountain buggy duet. It's the only one we have. I don't find it large or cumbersome at all...people are shocked by how narrow it is for a side by side!

@Mrs. Deer: We don't use it for errands, I will either get out with just one kid, or when I am on my own I will use the single and wear the other, or if shopping cart, DD goes in cart seat, and DS goes in his bucket in main cart, I really just use the double for daily walks!

@Mrs. Lion: Cost, mainly. I bought mine off Amazon and it was significantly cheaper than the City Mini. After comparing the features, there was really no other huge difference, besides price and brand.

@Mrs. Lion: I really do like it. It's not that heavy and easy to collapse. And a bonus is that it can stay upright folded up if needed. I did not use it with an infant seat since I had twins and it doesn't support two infant seats, so no experiences to share there, sorry! In general though, it's super easy to maneuver and is narrow enough to fit through all exterior doorways, which by code all have to follow a minimum width.

I am debating between the city select and the britax b-agile double. They are both super expensive so it will definitely on"y e one or the other. I need to see how they both work with our infant seat, how they fold, etc. i am leaning toward the britax though. I definitely want the infant adapter, and the city mini doesnt work with our britax chaperone seat. I jog with britax now, and i think i could probably get away with some light jogging with the double too, but with the city select that is out of the question (too top heavy).

Does anyone have the britax double? I never hear anyone talk about it.

We share strollers with @oliviaoblivia: at the moment and agree with what she said about those two, and would add that the MB feels like it pushes itself, with two toddlers in it it is effortless. Both seats recline too, which isn't an option on the UPV, so nap time is easy on the go.
However, I think if I had a second child myself, I would go for something that has the option of both seats facing me, as well as both bring able to recline, and big sturdy wheels for winter.
No double is perfect, I think you just have to pick the features most important to you and run with them.

We have two - an umbrella and regular. We actually rarely use it now and almost 100% of the time use our Britax B Agile Double stroller. It's very similar to the Citi Mini Double, but cheaper.

We will have just one. We have a small place and don't have room or money for more. I'm actually getting a used gray Maclaren double off Craigslist since I love my Maclaren single. I love the joggers too but they take up even more room. This is the most practical for us. I hope it's easy to maneuver.

We have the UBV with rumble seat and the Mountain buggy duet. The rumble seat is very convenient but uncomfortable for too long a trip. The mountain buggy is great but I feel awkward taking up so much space in the city. When #2 is born I'll likely wear her and have DD1 in the UBV as a single until the summer and then switch to the mountain buggy.

Heck no, double strollers are wayyyy too expensive for me to have more than one. We have a City Mini double, which I managed to snag an awesome deal on, otherwise I probably would've ended up with the Contours Options. I really like the City Mini Double - they both have a good view, it fits through standard doorways, nice smooth ride, etc. I never really take it anywhere unusual though.

We got the double bob when #2 was 2.5m, we definitely wore one (DD, 22m loves to go on our back!) and the other went in the single stroller the first little while. The double is big, but great for the amount of walking (and eventually running) we do. I don't have any experience with other doubles, but it's awesome there's so many options, AND online classifieds to find good deals.

I won't lie, I bought the infant adapter/tray combo and have returned it, used for convenience, knowing we wouldn't use bucket long tern, back it went...bought the weather shield! I'm keeping my eye online for Dbl snack tray now.

I cannot figure out what kind of double stroller to get! Though I think we'll start out with keeping baby in the Ergo and big girl in the stroller, eventually it would be nice to have them both in a stroller. Double BOB's are great but kind of huge. The side-by-side city mini and joovy strollers look great (but may not be best for walks and working out). And of course it'd be great to have an infant car seat adapter.

I don't know where to start!

What are your all favorites and do you have more than one? I'm trying to narrow it down so I can be keeping an eye out on Craigslist in the coming weeks.
