You never really know what you get when you buy online sight unseen. That was our mistake with the Britax.</p> <p>The real issue is that there are so many options out there and everyone has a different experience. It's like buying a car, IMO. You don't really know how it will function until you are actively using it. I would have never known my stroller is a PITA in an airport unless I used it there.</p> <p>eta: I think the real reason why I am so bitter about the stroller is that Britax is the gold standard in car seats and I expected the same with the stroller. I have seen the B-ready in person and many moms in my neighborhood/moms group love it as a single and double stroller. They do great videos that really showcase the features of the strollers. We do a lot of walking on trails and cobblestones, so without it, the ride is not comfortable. I particularly hate the hard plastic wheels.
