They have been SO accommodating and overly generous to us. We purchased a single camera monitor in 2012 that they ended up replacing a couple of times and even upgraded me for the inconvenience to a double camera monitor. When the double camera monitor went out a few months ago, I called them to see if I could get it fixed and they said no, but that they would replace it AGAIN. I was in disbelief. I liked the fact I could see both LOs on the same screen instead of the flipping back and forth (even though the audio will scan between). Our old Motorola crapped out on us a couple months ago so we started using it early in just the toddler's room. So far so good.
