50% fewer Cesarean Sections&#60;br /&#62;
25% shorter labors (this was key for me, lol!)&#60;br /&#62;
40% less use of pitocin&#60;br /&#62;
30% less use of narcotics&#60;br /&#62;
30% less use of forceps&#60;br /&#62;
60% fewer requests for epidurals&#60;br /&#62;
Improved breastfeeding and bonding&#60;br /&#62;
More satisfaction with the birth process&#60;/p&#62;

DH is totally on board with our doula, but he also wanted to read some studies or statistics! He likes to be able to back up our decisions with facts when he talks to MIL and FIL.
