I know how you feel. :( I remember at my lowest, I came home from work to see that DH had mowed "Love You" into the lawn. Surround yourself with those who love you , because I know his support made a huge difference for me. (((hugs)))

I can definitely say I have had many down days since my miscarriage in March And felt like pregnancy wouldn't be the same for me either But now being pregnant again and being Almost 18 weeks along and getting to see the baby move and start to feel movement the bitterness from the miscarriage has started to disappear And I'm actually starting to enjoy this pregnancy now So it will get better but you have to go thur the down days to get to the up days and believe me it's easier said but I got really depress after the miscarriage to the point where DH was talking about committing me but I just starting meditating n tried to look to the future n I didn't fully feel better til after seeing n hearing this baby HB at week 8 just keep holding on n know that's its ok to have your days don't let anyone tell u different

Oh yes, this is completely normal. I still have down days about my miscarriage, which was over a year ago, and I have a 4.5 month old baby now. It's so so hard and awful. It's ok to feel crappy some days, and ok others. It just takes time for the ok/good days to outnumber the bad ones :(

I am so sorry :(

Oh yes... just as you think you're coming out the other side, you have a down day and you realise you're not better at all. It does get easier, I promise.

Hugs, hugs, hugs.

I still have up and down days. Everyone asks us if this is our first pregnancy and I always answer that we lost our first at 20 weeks. Talk about salting an open wound. I had a hard time last month when I saw the August 2012 moms posting 1 year old birthday parties.

On days that I would have trouble, I would just try to find one thing that was positive or good. Just a little something, even if it was the fact that I was going to bed and the day was over.

Hang in there!

Big hugs to you! And yes, there were up days and down days... today, I am having an OK day. Some days I just feel like curling up in a ball and crying, and some days I'm excited at the prospect of trying again. Two nights ago I was sobbing into my husbands arms. I would have been either 35 weeks (first m/c) or 7 weeks (second m/c)... the fact that I could have been having one any day now is something I have been having a very hard time with lately.

Sorry to hear you're having a rough day :( The rollercoaster is totally normal, and is definitely more rocky at first. Then after a while you think you've gotten it flattened out, and someone will say something inconsiderate (usually without knowing it) or you will see/hear something that triggers it again. Just remind yourself that it will get better. I found having a few IRL friends to talk to helps a lot too.

Big hugs!! I had many, many down days at the beginning (the first couple of months afterwards). I still have my occasional bad day and I'm 30 weeks pregnant with our rainbow baby. Last year this time, I remember counting the weeks I would have been and it was awful. I think my weeks "switched" over on Wednesdays, so those days were particularly difficult. I'm so sorry you have to go through this

Yes, yes, yes. I had a lot of them right after our losses, and to be honest, the down days often outnumbered the up ones. I found it way too overwhelming to think about days...instead, I think about hours. If you're having a good hour, that's enough for now.

Sending you so many hugs. It's still hard, and I'm 9.5 weeks with baby #3. But I think about my sweet angel babies all the time. I still miss them so much it hurts sometimes. Hang in there, and reach out anytime!

Absolutely normal. The down days become more spread out over time. I'm very sorry you have to go through this. It's awful, and unfortunately it really does take a lot of the excitement out of future pregnancies.

I find that I have up days and down days lately. Today is a down day, yesterday was an up day.

Today I feel like I'm constantly on the edge of tears. I just wish I was still pregnant and none of this ever happened. I'd be 10 weeks now, almost done with the first trimester.

We are trying again right away, but I know pregnancy will never be the same after this. I just wish I could erase it all.

Has anyone else experienced up days and down days like this?
