Glad to hear the appointment went well and you feel better!

The big reason our pediatrician was recommended to us was because of how much emphasis she puts on breastfeeding- once we met her, we knew she was a perfect fit for us too.

It is nice to be able to surround yourself with supportive people.

that's great. i know how you feel. i didn't do so well with my first baby so i was really nervous the second time around. all is well now and i do agree that support is a big factor... don't forget there's even us here at HB :)

I had a dr appt tonight, and I talked to my dr about breastfeeding (an my fears, as many of you probably remember!). She made me feel so much better about it all. Well, for one, the really mean nurse that made me cry with DS retired a month ago, so that is nice! Be she also just told me to relax, and let it be. Not to worry for at least 3 days after birth, and then if nothing, we can start trying natural things.

It was such a relief to be able to talk to her and tell her my fears. I am feeling much better after the information she gave me and the reassurance.

Just wanted to share since I am always worrying about it :)
