They are the same at the top &#38;amp; if you were feeling up to the challenge you could buy some 8oz ones &#38;amp; cut them down. It is rather silly that you can buy them for 4 &#38;amp; 8 oz wide neck and 8oz standard, but not 4oz standard. Sorry :(

<description>&#60;p&#62;Does Dr. Brown's sell replacements for the vent reservoirs (the blue part) for the 4 oz bottle&#38;gt;  I can only seem to find the 8 oz on BRU and Amazon.  Trying to get ready for #2 and this is the only thing I need.  Seems kinda wasteful to buy all new bottles when I got ones from #1.  Anyone?
