I always thought it was from picking DS up or making a wrong move and my body not being used to not being pregnant anymore? I never asked my doc though because it went away on its own so I'm afraid this isn't very helpful! Yuck!! I had a different type of pain, but on my left side and it was random. I would call the OB if you're concerned! I get this stitch like pain in my right side just under my ribs. I first noticed it when I wore E or carried him for long periods.... It would usually fade when I put him down. I went to the gym this morning and it's really sore now.... Constantly sore and sometimes sharp pain. Do you think it's because I'm just not fit? I also have had spotting on and off every few days... Not sure if that's related or normal. </p>
