<description>&#60;p&#62;We just went to give LO a bath and noticed a rash all over his chest and back.  There's a little around his temples too, but I just thought it was from sleeping on his face since I feel like I've seen it before there.   But it's never been on his body.&#60;br /&#62;
 Nothing on arms and legs.  Any idea with it might be?
