I had one under my breasts and my dr recommended lotrimin anti fungal cream. Sweat, heat, friction/chaffing, breast milk, it happens! It's super itchy. I think it's due to my breast pads flipping over in my sleep bra, which I was still wearing mid-morning, and wetting the band of my bra. Then, because I was taking care of LO, who was being fussy, it kind up sat wet for a few hours. I think it's related to my hormones from nursing too. It gets worse for me when it was hot and humid this summer. Also, if my kids aren't feeling well and are nursing a ton, it flares up a little. This morning it was more inflamed, red and itchy. I'm breastfeeding my 7.5 month daughter. Could it be thrush? Or just too much sweat? I only wear cotton built in bra tanks. I'm out of town until Monday. Thoughts? </p>
