I spotted and had light bleeding up until delivery at 40+1. OB told me I just had a sensitive cervix and was going through lots of changes. I had started to dilate. It didn't mean labour for me. The past couple of days I have been more active than normal because we are out of town (2 hours from home) is this something that I need to be concerned about? Should I start driving home?
