When I did it I fed at 6:30 and bub was asleep by 7, then dreamfed at 10:30. So there's an extra half hour there.</p> <p>But, I don't find it really helped with her sleeping, she would be up again by like 4 ish. One night I accidentally fell asleep early and she slept through till 6am after being fed at 6:30 the night before, had a little feed then slept till 9am that morning. My LO was in bed at 7:30 did some crying then sleep and I got her at 10:30 to try a dream feed. She stayed asleep the whole time until I put her down in the crib and she instantly woke up and we have to go through the CIO all over again.</p> <p>What's the trick? </p>
