I have a couple bandana bibs, but I would prefer an "infinity scarf" style. I am going to try to whip some up!

@MenagerieMama: well when you order one, I'll send you over the pattern I use. It's very simple. Cut out a front and back, sew right sides together, flip inside out and sew a tiny border, put on snaps or velcro. Saves so many outfits.

I buy the regular bibs instead of the bandana bibs. It's just what I prefer. I suggest make note of the size and absorbency before ordering! There are some shops that I prefer because they are thicker.

@MenagerieMama: LOVE the bandana bib. My j is such a drooler (9 months and no teeth) and was soaking his shirts. My older son was nothing like this. I bought 3 bandana bibs at Target and my aunt made me 6 more. They soak up drool much better than a regular bib, he never chews on them, he doesn't seem to be bothered my them, they look SO MUCH better than a regular bib and I get comments all the time about how cute he looks in them.
I want to learn to sew so I can make more for my kid and/or make them my "go to" baby gift.

LO is a super drooler at 5 mo still, no teeth in sight, and goes through her few bibs in a day. I want to get some more on etsy but I'm wondering about these bib alternatives since she needs to wear one most of the time and it's so not cute with her outfits!! Do these actually work? I like the drool scarf but I could just see LO chewing on it all the time...
