The first time we really dropped feeds, going from cosleeping with all night nursong to 1-2 night feeds, I felt very off, with headaches, fatigue, moodiness. I think it lasted about two weeks. The good news is that since then, further reduction in nursing hasn't really impacted me. We haven't weaned yet though at 14 months, so I'm still expecting that to be a PIA.

I had terrible experiences with nausea and headaches when I weaned. It lasted maybe two weeks?

If you got nauseous/sick anytime your LO dropped nursing sessions, how intense was it? How long did it last?

DD has dropped 2 feedings (plus I'm ovulating & those hormones mess me up quite often) & I woke up this morning with a headache, intense nausea, & extreme thirst. DH, DD & I basically eat the same things & they both seem to be fine so I know it's not something I ate, I'm hoping it's just hormones & will pass soon
