<description>&#60;p&#62;@Ginabean3:  I'm pretty sure my DD had these when she was younger, but she is eczema prone so I chalked it up to that. Sounds like it could just be some dry patches or maybe even due to rubbing from car seat buckles, etc?

<description>&#60;p&#62;So I've noticed these dry patches of skin on LO's chest. I can't see them but I definitely feel them when I am putting lotion on her after her bath. Anyone seen (felt) this before on their LO? They don't seem to be bothering her and they are truly invisible...no raised skin or discoloration or bumps. I wonder what it is....it's not eczema right?
