I can't see them but I definitely feel them when I am putting lotion on her after her bath. Anyone seen (felt) this before on their LO? They don't seem to be bothering her and they are truly invisible...no raised skin or discoloration or bumps. I wonder what it is....it's not eczema right? </p>
