When I was little my parents use to just put hydrocortizone on all the really dry spots.</p> <p>They also did crazy weird chinese cures... like bath in this black smelly water and drink this dark soup... nothing helped... I eventually grew out of it for the most part. It doesn't really look like the cradle cap pictures I've googled, but more just like really bad dry, scaly skin. Any suggestions? He's got a fair deal of hair, so I'm not sure how oil would mix with that, but open to it if it will make him better! (It doesn't seem to bother him, but I can't imagine it's comfortable!) </p>
