it took me about 2 weeks to dry up. i pumped less and less until i stopped completely. i didn't use anything like cabbage leaves and luckily i didn't end up with clogged ducts and just gradually dried up.

I had to stop pumping before i went back to work. I slowed down my pumping and after a while i dryed up. I wore a regular bra nad just put pads in it and after a while it gradually started to dry. i had my son 3 months ago and i just finally completely dried up. I used to be able to squeeze my breasts once a day and still get a couple drops out.

I exclusively pumpand plan to stop pumping by the time I go back to work the beginning of December. Looking for the best way or suggestions in drying up my milk. Did you ladies gradually decrease your pumping schedule and amount of time pumping or go cold turkey? Read about wearing a sports bra, sage tea and cabbage leaves and wondering if any of these methods really work too.
