Can you take allergy meds?
Or google foods that help dry you up! My mom says there's a powder that Korean women drink to dry up. Forget what it is!! I'll call and ask.

As of last week I was only pumping about 2 oz during my once a day pumping sessions (I'm weaning from the pump), and just to be clear, not nursing at all. I'm trying to dry up. Then my period came so I figured I'd take advantage of the inevitable dip in supply and dry up. My period finished yesterday so I think my supply is coming back in a bit (as much as 2 oz a day can come back in!) and I'm really, really afraid of getting mastitis. I'm feeling achy and tired today, and one boob does feel a little tender. I'm terrified of mastitis.. I can't!! I don't have the time!!

To prevent it in the past I've nursed and pumped. What do I do now that I'm trying to dry up?? Do I just give in to the mastitis and call for antibiotics?
