So, I lay the swaddle (a&amp;a) opened in his crib...then he falls asleep in my arms and I lay him (sleeping) into the center of the swaddle &amp; I get him in a super tight swaddle. It was torture to get him in, and I would watch him on the monitor struggling to get out before he fell into a deeper sleep. She hates anything that interferes with her arm movement; swaddling made her rage. He'd scream bloody murder and just get louder until we either took him out of it or he broke out, and he always did no matter what we tried. </p> <p>So we stopped trying. He sleeps in a long-sleeved fleece sleep sack and can sleep with his arms touchdown style. He doesn't wake himself up, and can and does chew on his fingers in his sleep. Or just let him sleep how he likes?? </p>
