I think he's crazy but he'll sit there just swinging his arm around with a toy in it. Not hard enough to bruise, but hard enough that I can hear the impact from several feet away. </p> <p>He doesn't seem bothered by it, but I sort of am. Is this a normal phase or something I should be concerned about? </p>
