Well I was totally nauseous once I started getting stronger contactions. But I didn't even realize contractions were contractions in th beginning hours. So you might be well on your way! Good luck!

I felt crummy the whole week before I went into labor! Felt more run down than usual, dizzy, nauseous. All very mild but sure enough I went into labor at 39+5!

I went into labor 0% effaced and not dilated either. :) It really doesn't mean anything that you're not yet.

two days before i went into labor (at 39.5 weeks), i had body aches and worried that i was coming down with a cold. i don't know if it was a precursor to labor or if i was just overtired, but i definitely remember what it was like noting every single sensation and how my body was doing! crossing fingers for you!

I'm due tomorrow but as of my appointment yesterday I was 0% effaced and dilated (sigh). 130am I woke up with reflux that morphed into straight nausea and actual abdominal pain, where before I've just had the awkwardness of Braxton Hicks. Lasted about 30-45 minutes then toned down and I fell back into crappy sleep. I'm hoping this is a sign things are actually beginning to progress and you're all going to tell me lovely stories about how that's exactly how it happened for you. :P
