Once the baby is clean I put her in a bouncy seat and take out the chair so the toddler can splash. She knows she can't splash when the baby is in the tub so she goes nuts after I take her out. Or sometimes she "helps" me clean the baby then gets in after the baby is in the bouncy seat. I don't think it saves much time but it keeps them both occupied in the same room while I get each clean at least. They're very territorial about their "spot" in the tub! LOL. I started with DD1 near the faucet and DD2 in the back. Sometimes DD2 wants to get up front and sometimes DD1 gets in the back which makes DD2 mad. We just started doing it consistently, but my girls are fighting which is so strange for them! DD1 ( 3 1/2) wants to always be in the front and DD2, thinks she needs to crawl to the front which scares me. She thinks its fun but DD1 gets very territorial. What I thought would be a timesaver turns into playing referee and separating them. </p>
