I was the first one there this morning, and I watched the lady take the DVD right out of the machine and hand it to me. So it wasn't just a simple accidental swap. I have a great US story for you... There I was stuck in some sitrrups doing the wand ultra sound when a male resident burst into the room from a door that was facing my, well, as my daughter says "tee tee". He burst into the room talking all anxiously about some other patient. The doctor then scolded him in front of us for invading my privacy and breaching HIPPA by talking about the other patient (using her name). She then made him apologize to me. The whole time I'm still in the same compromising position. They offered me a $10 gift card for my troubles... He complained and sent it back and they promised to return our video. He got it in the mail but it was still the birth video.
