I don't know if it's just a cultural thing, but you see people pushing their prams in the snow all the time - as in it's snowing and freezing, not just with snow on the ground. I'm from Southern California, every instinct tells me to bundle up and sit by the fire and I'm just amazed how people take their babies out in this weather. A friend of mine is also a foreigner and was wondering the same thing -- she says all her relatives bundle their newborns to take walks everyday, it's supposed to keep them healthy! I've been curious to see if that's how it is everywhere it's cold or just here in Sweden. I used a bundler similar to what Venice4504 used and just plopped him in his pram attachment with the wind cover zipped up. I'm a nervous nelly even though we have a super warm puffy snow suit. If it's below freezing I try to limit her outside time a lot. But when we do get cold fronts I don't like to keep her out long. It's obviously not as cold here so we can still leave the house, we just won't sit at an outside restaurant like we normally do.
