When LO had an ear infection; she was up all.night.long, screaming at the top of her lungs every 20 minutes or so. No matter what we did or gave her, she couldn't get comfortable or out of pain. :( She was also pulling at her ear a lot and was crabby that day.

Pretty much anytime DD was extra cranky i knew it was an ear infection. She's never had a fever with either of them.

What were signs your LO might have an ear infection? DS got one at about 14 weeks and I knew because he had a low grade fever and just wasnt himself. I noticed the past couple days he has been pretty happy, normal self, but has been tugging at his ears and will nurse and then pull off and on again while crying. I just had him in his carseat and he was screaming SO bad I just went ahead and came home to calm him down (he's 4 months old).

It's so weird! I can't tell if its normal baby stuff or he's coming down with something.
