Unfortunately for me it didn't mean that my milk would come in any quicker, it actually came in late and I had tons of issues. I'm nearly 22 weeks with twin boys and yesterday in the shower I noticed that I'm actually lactating! It really freaked me out at first, but now I've calmed down. I have a few questions.</p> <p>Does this generally get more bothersome as time goes on?<br /> Should I buy breast pads for my bras now?<br /> Most importantly, if you started lactating early, did this bode well for you with your ability to breastfeed after delivery?
