@Crystal: @JoJoGirl: this is what I'll do! I'll basically have everything in the car and just brush my teeth and leave. I think once I am used to it, I can start taking more time in the AM but not yet.

Get everything TOTALLY READY so you can brush your teeth and GO. I fill my water bottle, put out my protein bar and banana, pack my gym bag, put it in the car. And SET YOUR ALARM so once you're awake, it's like "well, what's the point of going back to sleep now, I'm awake". :)

@Running Elley: I went for 20 minutes this morning...I snoozed too many times before I actually got out of bed! I had to get back before DH left for work.

I used to be an early morning gym go-er. I enjoyed it because everyone who was there was so focused on them, they had no time to notice me. I was one of those that slept in my gym clothes that way when I got up I could just go. If I was closer I would totally be your gym buddy.

I prefer those! I like to get it over with! My LO is already awake, so I just dress her and go. (She goes to the gym daycare.)

I get up early and go before work so definitely doable! My best advice is accountability as said above. If you can find a class, people will get to know you and sort of hold you accountable. I do crossfit where I pay per class (money is lost if I don't go) so that helps. A couple days a week I meet a few girls to run. If it was just me going to the gym, I'd definitely miss a lot more!

You can do it!!' The hardest part is getting out of bed (ha!). Once I'm there I'm glad I went and I have so much more energy for the day afterwards.

My biggest motivator is my sister as my workout buddy. I know that she'll be there and I don't want to bail on her. Can you get a workout buddy to help hold you accountable? I'll be your long distance one :) lol.

@autumnlove: I do this too!

It's totally doable!

The best tips I've found is to put your alarm somewhere where you have to get up to shut it off, and have everything prepacked the night before. (So, gym clothes laid out ready to go, water bottle in the car, keys and wallet in your gym bag, etc.)

I've also heard of people that sleep in their gym clothes so they literally just roll out if bed, but that doesn't work for me.

Last time I was in a gym was the day before my due date. Since then it's been outdoor jogs, my treadmill & workout DVDs because I haven't been able to manage the time to leave to the gym.
Luckily, LO doesn't wake until about 9AM & DH doesn't leave to work until 9:15ish. So, I decided the morning is my only availability.
Please tell me it's doable and any advice on how to talk myself off my behind and out of bed? I LOVE sleep. So,so much :(
