RLP feels like an intense/painful pulling sort of in that diagonal line that runs between your groin and hip. I'm only 5 weeks and have been having it pretty intensely. I've read that it can happen early with second and subsequent pregnancies. For me, the round ligament pain didn't start until a few weeks into my 2nd tri and continues to get more frequent. It went away eventually then I got round ligament pain but it felt very different. That ligament runs along the side of your uterus. I feel like a dull ache in my uterus and I think it might just be my uterus growing, I'm not sure. But the pain comes and goes.</p> <p>Is this still considered round ligament?</p> <p>How long does this last? The entire pregnancy? </p>
