Because it says you can just add it to the baby's bottle. I'm confused if its raw or not. I want to make my own oatmeal powder and I'm pretty sure I would have to cook it first before feeding it to the baby. I was just surprised when I saw the box in the store and it didnt have any "cooking" instructions </p>
