<description>&#60;p&#62;I found my answer on wholesome baby foods.  Basically  home made oatmeal poweder does need to be cooked first, but the store bought stuff is aready been pre-cooked and then dehydrated and thats why its in flakes.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Is that raw oatmeal? Because it says you can just add it to the baby's bottle. I'm confused if its raw or not. I want to make my own oatmeal powder and I'm pretty sure I would have to cook it first before feeding it to the baby. I was just surprised when I saw the box in the store and it didnt have any &#34;cooking&#34; instructions
