I used a Hot sling with DS - never for long but awesome for quick trips and there was no tying, twisting, etc involved!

You can get a Maya ring sling or a Sleeping Baby Productions linen (non wrap conversion) ring sling for under $50! I loved mine when C was tiny.

To start- I am NOT pregnant!

Now that that's out of the way, just thinking towards the future when we do have another LO, what is the easiest wrap or sling or baby carrier to just pop a teeny infant to for quick things? With C, she needed to be in the Moby a LOT. It was fine, since she was my only concern, so I would spend the minute wrapping myself up and put her in. I'm thinking there must be something quicker though, like some kind of sling, that would be almost as comfortable and secure, but faster, since I'll have a toddler who will most likely be less patient than I'd like.

I had a k'tan and wanted to like it, but it was never comfortable, and the Moby was, so I returned the k'tan. I'd keep a Moby for longer walks anyway, probably, but wondering what the other options are.

I know people love ring slings, but I'd rather keep it under $50, since we have and love the Beco for once baby is a little bigger.
