The few activities I have found are all during the day, as most women are stay-at-home moms in my demographic -However, I will be returning to work at 10 weeks full-time as well. </p> <p>We don't currently attend church, and being a lapsed Boston Catholic I'm not sure how (or if I even want to!) explore all these different religions down here. She said that she is not very active with any mom groups because most of the activities she knows about are geared toward SAHMs and she works full time. A couple things she suggested though:<br /> There is a FB group called Tyler Nursing Moms and there is a La Leche League group - these might be good for when you are on maternity leave. I guess it depends on your OB though. My OB was about my same age but her kiddos are about 5 years ahead of mine. I'm in North Texas (DFW), and just wanted to say Hey!</p> <p>Have you asked your OB or hospital about local mom groups? They might have some resources. Will you return to work? Will your kiddo head to daycare? Daycare is a way to meet some more Moms too. Now I'm 8 months pregnant with my first, and have no support system here. We both work full time, but have not made friends!</p> <p>I'm hoping to connect with a local moms group or just some other local moms! I've searched the internet and Facebook, and I can't find anything. </p> <p>I'm an introvert, so making friends and putting myself out there can be very challenging. </p> <p>So is there anyone out there in the Hellobee world that is in the Tyler, TX area? </p>
