The tend to not be worn as much so most of them are in great condition. I look for Boden, Tea, Hanna Andersson, crewcuts, and Janie and Jack the most - because I love them but won't pay full price. And sometimes I find brands I have never heard of that work well. </p> <p>I agree that Target can be great but I find it hit or miss in my DD's current size. I've had luck at Nordstrom Rack, both in store and online.
