I'm hosting one for the under 5 crowd and am putting in: mini Easter erasers, stickers, tattoos, mini slinkies, mini poppers, and mini stamps (like a stamper I mean)

We did Goldfish packs but I think stickers would be even better.

I'd do a mini package of goldfish/Annie's bunnies, probably. Or stickers.

We are going to a town Easter egg hunt and parents are to provide a dozen filled eggs per kid. They can be filled with non-but candy or stickers, tattoos, etc. There is a separate hunt for the little (under 5) kids.

Since these are going to the littlest I'd like to avoid candy. What would you do for two dozen eggs?
