I might make those for my kids birthday in March. I did a couple diy things last year. A "one" covered in pennies and a couple strings of felt ball garland. Balloons, streamers. I baked a cake with chocolate frosting (made it messy and chunky) and put a yellow tractor and bulldozer on it with a red candle. I had blue cups with green napkins and red utensils. I like the look of helium balloons but the personal tanks are kinda pricey! </p> <p>I also bought some supplies for a tissue paper garland..I'm trying to decide between fringe and poms.</p> <p>LO 1 asked me to make a piñata but I don't think that is happening.:-) I think she got the idea from her classmate...his dad made a really cool piñata for his birthday party last month!</p> <p>Did you make any DIY decorations for your LO's party? </p>
