We liked the SoDelicious coconut ice cream when we were egg and dairy free. Also, some store bought or frozen fruit pies are made with shortening or limited dairy and no eggs.

Pasta salad with black beans, corn, peas, tossed in a vinaigrette. Grilled chicken. Fruit.

Pita, hummus, falafel, cucumbers, tomatoes.

Pork butt or shoulder in the crockpot with diced onion, shred and toss with bbq sauce. Serve with rolls (read the ingredients some have egg glaze!) and a green salad.

Big taco salads. Cook some chicken or pork in the crockpot with simple seasoning (salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, garlic, a bay leaf) until its soft and shredded. Serve on greens with sliced olives, a big batch of guacamole and fresh salsa, and serve with corn tortilla chips and lime wedges. Or you can make it tacos with corn tortillas. Very little processed food, big flavor. Serve with rice or beans if you desire.

The kids can have cut fruit, shredded meat, avocado chunks, olive slices, puffs, rinsed beans, and little bites of chips or tortilla. Cut up some Larabars (its just nuts and dates and dried fruit) as a dessert - the blueberry muffin and cherry pie flavors are a hit with my son.

Having some friends over for lunch who have been dealing with food allergies (1 year old and her still breastfeeding mama). They have recently been cleared to have dairy in things (so something baked with milk would be ok, but cheese is not) and same with eggs. No straight up soy but can have soy products in the ingredients of things. Previously they were on a total mspi diet plus no eggs at all.

You know how once someone says they can't have something it's all you can think of? Now I can't think of anything to make.

So recommendations for easy, make ahead things I can serve? We will have a 3 toddlers total and 3 adults eating.
