@aprk: LOL. I think TWT is Total Wake Time? I don't know about OT and those others. I mainly concentrated on the wake time, number of hours for naps and night sleep.

We're still doing naps every two hours but they tend to last 45 min usually. Sometimes longer, usually not

My recommendation is that you not worry too much about following EASY to a tee. It was impossible, especially at that age. I started at 8 weeks and even then, i followed it very loosely. Things got more predictable at the 3 month mark, and she was on a 3 hourish schedule. 2.5 hour nap at 6 weeks is amazing!

This sleep/awake chart is very helpful: https://docs.google.com/document/d/11GHo4keUb2TVJUlSL1kD6HQcEgaNFBmzoQoOzcpcyas/edit?authkey=CPXE1bsO&hl=en_US&authkey=CPXE1bsO

Sleep was really rough the first two months, and things got better at 3 months.

I just started following EASY. I researched online, haven't read the book yet. My little guy is 6 weeks old. He is going back down for a nap about 1-2 hours after he wakes but I'm curious how long were your LO's naps? He ranges anywhere from 45 minutes to 2.5 hours. Not sure what is considered ideal at that age.

Also, when did your LO start sleeping longer stretches at night? He is usually sleeping 2-3 hours (a few times the first stretch was 4 hours) but once it's 4 am he's up every hour. He wakes, eats a little bit and falls right back asleep. I have tried everything but cannot get him to eat more after he dozes back off and then he wakes up hungry an hour later. Getting up every hour is really hard!
