Just made one batch of these: http://www.ibelieveicanfry.com/2012/06/super-easy-salted-caramels.html and am going to make a second! Quick and easy. They smell yummy! Should be super easy to freeze too.

Thanks guys! I'm loving all the ideas!

I know I'm for sure making double chocolate chip cookies (DH's fave, I can never bake anything without making those first). I think I want to try my hand at caramels and peanut butter fudge too! I made white chocolate peppermint fudge last year! It was pretty :)

I make snickerdoodles and freeze them raw, so when I need them, I just pull them out of the freezer and put them in the oven. This would work with a lot of cookies.

Here is one of my favorite recipes: http://www.seededatthetable.com/2011/10/28/pumpkin-snickerdoodles/

@marionberry: Have you ever tried Oreo "truffles"? Crush an entire package of normal Oreos (no double stuff) and then mix in one package of cream cheese. Form into balls and then dip in chocolate and freeze. Seriously, people will ask you for the recipe, they are that good.

A really easy one is to take Oreo cookies, cover them in melted white chocolate, sprinkle broken candy canes on top and stick in the fridge. They taste fabulous and are super easy to make!

Cookies do really well in the freezer. Also chocolares like Hershey Kisses are good to use.

I do something similar for DH workers. I make platters of cookies...one for each coworker (Its a small building) and I freeze everything I make until I'm ready to plate them.

I don't have personal experience since I'm not much of a baker but I know a lot of cookies can be frozen! We have neighbor who make dozens and dozens of cookies every year and she says she just freezes them!

My DH works in retail. My family and I started a tradition of bringing in food or cookies for the whole team in his store on Black Friday.

This year I'm doing it on my own, and life is different with a LO to keep an eye on and feeling sleep deprived! I need some simple treat ideas, or even better ideas for things I can make in advance and keep in the freezer!

Thanks! :)
