I've sold quite a lot and people often try to get you to end the auction early and give them a buy it now price. Someone immediately contacted me about a buy it now price, then someone bid. I decided to offer a buy it now price, but eBay doesn't allow this after a bid. She responded that since she's out of town when it ends, she asked that I end the auction early after she is the highest bidder, then add $35 to her invoice. Is this allowed? Am I likely to get scammed? I'd rather take the guaranteed money than risk getting less. </p>
