Her system was just really efficient. My LO went about once a week when EBF, one time it was a good 13 days before he finally went. His doctor said as long as it didn't seem to be in pain, didn't have a fever, and was peeing normally, it was fine. Because BM is very nutritionally complete for little ones, their bodies tend to use up everything with little waste. It's not uncommon to go a whole between poops.
