Currently, I'm pumping one time in te middle of the night after her wake up/feed. That's basically to build up my freezer stash. </p> <p>I'm going back to work in a week and a half and ill pump 3 times while I'm gone. When I do, it's before I go to bed. It's usually my longest stretch where I can get it in and make it worth while.
