Dairy is usually the culprit. I was able to conclude the wheat and dairy on my own due to a pretty quick reaction only a few hours after eating a pasta dish. I decided not to go on the elimination diet. My LO developed eczema around three months old, which was related to his milk, egg, and wheat allergy. It takes awhile for it to actual cause bloody stool. I hope that's not it! I just changed his dipe and there was a small bloody spot ? Never seen this before ? </p> <p>I know the most common is dairy intolerance. Can this develop over time ? Does this sound like an allergy ? If I see it again I'm calling the doc </p>
