It could be a bug, but it wouldn't be passed through your breastmilk - it was probably passed to your LO before you knew you were sick

oh no! It sounds like a bug...I would keep nursing through it. I hope you feel better soon!

@kentuckygirl: I'd def encourage you to keep BFing! Anything baby is getting from yout breast milk is more likely to protect him from germs than be the cause of the vomitting. You and your LO may just have a bug/virus. My LO was 6mo last winter and he had several vomiting illnesses without ever having a fever.

Could be a bug - since you're feeling queasy, maybe LO is too?

I'd continue to nurse & keep both of you hydrated.
Feel better!

My 6 mo EBF baby threw up this morning & tonight both within minutes of BF. He took 3 bottles at daycare with no problems. The bottles were a combo of milk from the freezer & milk pumped mostly on Saturday. I have been feeling a little queasy since this afternoon (def not PG). Could I be passing something in my BM that is making him sick? He doesn't have a fever & seems to feel okay. I would appreciate any thoughts. Thanks!
