I was having trouble with breastfeeding the first month so I pumped a lot...every 2-3 hours. </p> <p>How many times a day do you pump? 7-9 a day the first month, 5-7 the next month...</p> <p>Do you pump right after a feeding or wait an hour? If I nursed, I would pump right after for 15-20 minutes.</p> <p>My pump session in the middle of the night usually produced the most milk! Drink lots of water and rest up as much as you can.
